At Pets Baithak, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time across Pakistan.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may take additional time to process.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided through SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication methods.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. Pets Baithak is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for selected locations and products. The customer must pay the total amount due to the courier at the time of delivery.
